LOOKING FOR A CAREER IN TEH PRINT INDUSTRY?  THIS IS THE PERECT ROLE WITH TRAINING TO HELP YOU ACHEIVE YOU CAREER GOAL OF OPERATING A PRESS.  THE PROGRAM WILL TEACH YOU ALL THE BASICS AS WELL AS PROVIDE YOU OPERTUITY FOR ADVANCMENT .   Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running.  Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper.  Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation.  Recycle old/discarded plates.  Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation.  Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recylcling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates.

Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training.  Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance.  Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms.

Required Skills Required Experience

• 5+ Years selling experience
• Successful selling experience with ECM, BPM, ERP or Document management technologies strongly preferred. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have strong intellectual skills, a high level of enthusiasm, strong integrity and be very excited about providing great solutions to world-class customers.
• Ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management
• Outstanding organizational and qualification skills to ensure top priorities are consistently being pursued
