    Job Description

    YOUTH COACHES

    • Assess and mentor our youth coaching staff, this includes regular field assessments and educational support to help in the professional development, address shortfalls in staff performance.
    • Help recruit part-time coaching staff.
    • Attend club partner coach and board meetings to share information on our training philosophies and curriculum.

     

    COACH EDUCATION

    • Educate and manage coaching staff to ensure that the organization is represented consistently within the local youth soccer market.
    • Propose and execute procedures, programs and technologies that maximize the effectiveness of our coach education, player development and assessment tools ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of the youth soccer market.
    • Coordinate and deliver seasonal orientations and weekly training events.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum USSF D License or United Soccer Coaches National Diploma

    Three (3) years' comparable experience working within US youth soccer as a coach, coach educator and coach recruiter. 

    Reliable transportation to Clubs/fields in your assigned territory in South and Central New Jersey, Red Bull Arena and to different national coaching events and conventions.
