Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will report directly to the Director of Events, ensuring all logistics are set for New York Red Bulls matches. • Be the main operational lead to for Gotham FC of the National Women's Soccer League and all third-party events held at Red Bull Arena (Gotham FC, High School matches, etc.) ensuring they are run to the operational and safety standards. It is necessary to red flag any issues regarding safety, budgeting, or anything off brand. • Lead access control and credential printing for Red Bull Arena events. • Co-lead on the maintenance of incident tracking software to ensure information and the produced reports are accurate. • Ownership of ordering, distribution, inventory and storage of staff apparel/uniforms. • Support events being hosted at the First Team Training Facility. • Assist in product ordering and office administration duties.
Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be asked to work varying schedules to reflect our needs (includes nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
3+ years of event management experience.
3+ years of experience navigating relationships internally and with 3rd party vendors to produce events.
Ability to provide quality customer service to vendors and guests while also solving problems with outside the box thinking.
Budget conscious in designing events and their execution.

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management or equivalent.
