RECRUITMENT

• Assist in recruitment strategy and events
• Assist in hiring and onboarding coaches

OPERATIONS

• Working closely with HR department on all employee items
• Planning and preparation of Coach Recruitment Events, College Job Fair Visits, and Spring Orientation
• Preparation and distribution of Kit & Equipment for staff

WELFARE

• Tracking of employee longevity and retention

Qualifications

Detail oriented

Excellent time management

Must have a growth mindset

Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Interested in recruitment and human relation experience
