We are looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator. The Manufacturing Coordinator facilitates and ensures Production Supervisors comply with APQP/IATF guidelines, applicable Policies and Procedures, Standards of Work and consistent performance management of Production Team Members.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide Direction and Supervision to Oil Seals Operations Supervisors in coordination with Value Stream Manager • Ensure alignment and understanding of KPI’s across all shifts among all Team Members • Ensure adequate scheduling of staff • Continuously Improve Operating Procedures and Work Instructions • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline production changeovers to meet Routing Standards • Ensure Fair and Consistent application of Policies and Procedures across all shifts • Provide training or training oversight for all Production Team Members including Supervisors • Provide coaching and mentoring to Team Members and Supervisors to facilitate achievement of individual and organizational goals • Serve as Backup to Production Scheduler

Required Skills Required Experience

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree Preferred

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

• Demonstrated understanding of APQP and IATF Requirements • Demonstrated experience with Inventory Management including analysis of transactions to determine accuracy improvements • Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing Principles • Demonstrated ability to interact with multiple support groups and other Operations Value Streams • Demonstrated Ability to evaluate and improve efficiency of production operations • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and objectives • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

• Carries out individual and group activities that meet the functional levels, needs and interests (including cultural and religious interests) of each resident. Follows the planned calendar of recreation opportunities.
• Provides activities to residents requiring individual interventions that reflect life-long interests (such as music, reading, and visits with people of shared interests) and that are adapted to the individual's functional abilities and level of participation. Assists residents with these activities as needed.
• Gathers data from assigned residents to complete and update activities assessments and plans of care. Actively prepares for and participates in the plan of care meetings.
• Adapts activities to match the cognitive and physical functional levels of the residents through the use of task segmentation, verbal prompts, set- up assistance, physical assists and demonstrations.
• Records information in resident records according to facility policy and as instructed by immediate supervisor.
