Located in beautiful Orange County, CA we are a reputable and well established mortgage company focused on subprime lending. Due to our growth, we have immediate openings for an experienced Sr. Mortgage Underwriter. We have more work than people! Come join us! WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS OUR SR. MORTGAGE UNDERWRITER You will be responsible for pre-qualifying residential loans utilizing the lender guidelines  for each product group from beginning to end. This will include, but not limited to, reviewing loan applications, verify loan-to-value ratios, and ensuring the whole loan process is accurately thorough and complete in a efficient manner. WHAT YOU WILL NEED AS OUR SR. MORTGAGE UNDERWRITER:

• 5+ years proven experience in related environment with direct experience in mortgage lending, sub-prime experience is preferred!
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
