We are a well established Insurance firm, looking for a P&C Producer of Personal and Commercial Lines to join our team of producers.  Ability to work from home!  WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE - INSURANCE:

• 1-3+ years of sales experience in insurance industry
• Property & Casualty Licensed
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE - INSURANCE:

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes withing a timely fashion that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Round out accounts by offering and selling additional personal lines coverages or policies
• Build and maintain rapport with clients and insurance company underwriters
• Conduct regular reviews to improve retention
