We are an established and growing manufacturing company located a short drive from Bangor Maine. We are searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our amazing team.
What you will be doing as our HR Manager
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Workforce Planning and Employment
- Assisting with & completing background investigations
What you need to have to be our HR Manager.
- 2+ years senior level Human Resources role
- HR experience within a manufacturing company
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel occasionally to vendor and client sites
