We are an established and growing manufacturing company located a short drive from Bangor Maine.  We are searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our amazing team. What you will be doing as our HR Manager

• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Workforce Planning and Employment
• Assisting with & completing background investigations

What you need to have to be our HR Manager.

• 2+ years senior level Human Resources role
• HR experience within a manufacturing company
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel occasionally to vendor and client sites
