Located in beautiful Orange County, CA we are a reputable and well established mortgage company. Due to our growth, we have immediate openings for an experienced Sr. Mortgage Underwriter to work on conventional and sub-prime residential loans. We have more work than people! Come join us! WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS OUR SR. MORTGAGE UNDERWRITER You will be responsible for pre-qualifying residential loans utilizing the lender guidelines  for each product group from beginning to end. This will include, but not limited to, reviewing loan applications, verify loan-to-value ratios, and ensuring the whole loan process is accurately thorough and complete in a efficient manner. WHAT YOU WILL NEED AS OUR SR. MORTGAGE UNDERWRITER:

• 5+ years proven experience in related environment with direct experience in conventional mortgage lending, sub-prime experience is preferred!
• DE licensed is preferred
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
