ABOUT THE JOB The Call Center Agent is responsible for setting up sales appointments. We have a brand new call center and we only handle warm, inbound leads; no cold calling or telemarketing. All leads are generated by our marketing team and they are exclusive to our company! We offer a great hourly pay PLUS performance-based commission and bonuses. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow scripts to set and confirm appointments for our sales team
• Accurate record all customer and appointment data into company CRM
• Overcome objections and maximize opportunities to meet goals
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
• Meet or exceed performance goals set by management

SKILLS

• Previous experience in an inside sales/telemarketing role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Persistent, never give up attitude
• Persuasive skills with ability to control the call
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
