Newbold Services, is one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of an experienced floor tech 

Job Duties:

• Clean offices (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping)
• Clean restrooms and canteen 
• Trash removal (ability to lift up to 50lbs)
• Other cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have the knowledge and ability to use all types of floor maintenance machines (willing to train the right candidate)
• Willing to train candidate on Newbold Services' standard of clean
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning is a plus but not required

Hours:

Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am

Pay Rate:

$9.00/hour-$9.50/hour (based on experience)

This position is for a facility in West Columbia, SC. We are looking to add to our team to ensure our customer is receiving the ultimate customer service. This is a part time position with potential to get some hours during the week if we have a gap in staff. I am willing to train the right candidate on how to buff floors, strip and wax. You will also be educated on how to use on site floors scrubbers as well as the standard of cleanliness in restrooms, and canteens.
