    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Warehouse Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Generalist, you will play a crucial role in our distribution and manufacturing operations, contributing to various aspects of warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different tasks within a fast-paced environment.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Material Handling:

    Safely operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

    Move, stack, and organize products and packages within the warehouse.

    Order Fulfillment:

    Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.

    Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.

    Machine Operator/Support:

    Assist in the manufacturing process by operating machinery and equipment as needed.

    Follow production schedules and contribute to meeting production targets.

    Receiving and Put Away:

    Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and accurately record inventory.

    Organize and put away received products in designated storage locations.

    Inventory Control:

    Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory counts.

    Report discrepancies and work collaboratively to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

    Quality Assurance:

    Maintain high standards of product quality through careful inspection and adherence to quality control procedures.

    Report any issues or discrepancies in product quality promptly.

    General Warehouse Support:

    Provide support across various warehouse functions as needed.

    Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

    Experience in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

    Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

    Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
