About the Role:

Join ComForCare Home Health Care in Plymouth as a Newly Graduate Registered Nurse, where you will provide compassionate and personalized care to our clients in Canton, MI. Responsibilities:

Conduct Caregiver evaluation every 6 months

Requirements:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.

Recent nursing school graduate or equivalent experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Willingness to learn and grow in a home health care environment.

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to patient locations.
