    Job Description

    Auto finance servicing company in Tustin has an immediate opening for a professional, responsible, and diligent person to help with underwriting department administrative support work.

    You will work with multiple detailed sources of information, helping to organize and accurately enter data into computers, and assist within established underwriting administrative processes. 

    FULL TIME:

    • Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Enter underwriting / account data into multiple systems
    • Coordinate welcome mailings to new accounts
    • File / scan paperwork
    • Organize documents for new accounts following set standards
    • Document accounts as needed
    • Conduct interviews when needed, once trained and supervised

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH) IS STRONGLY PREFERRED
    • Ability to multi-task, remain highly organized and work in a fast-paced, friendly office
    • Working knowledge of computers and the ability to quickly learn new computer skills
    • Accuracy, self-checking and attention-to-detail are necessary
    • Professional, energetic attitude and attire required.
    • At least one year of relevant work experience is strongly preferred.
