    Customer Service Rep – Subprime Auto Finance

    Newport Acceptance Corp. – Tustin, CA

    Responsibilities:

    Working within defined company guidelines and FDCPA regulations, you will:

    · Make courtesy calls to customers

    - Take customer calls, establishing positive relationships with customers

    · Discuss options to assist customers in resolving delinquency and default

    · Secure payment arrangements

    · Counsel customers of possible consequences for not meeting contractual obligations

    · Maintain essential work habits of reliability, accuracy, and punctuality.

    Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    · Bilingual (Spanish) is required

    · Strong oral communication skills and an ability to prioritize are also required

    · Be an efficient team player and able to work in a structured environment

    · Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

    · Commit to Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an occasional Saturday or weekday overtime.
