    Seeking a long-term, 2-day-a-week dental practitioner beginning January 2024, with the potential to begin earlier. The perfect prospect should be precise, personable, welcoming, and have an optimistic attitude. Our award-winning, modern, paperless dental clinic is equipped with the most recent equipment, including digital imaging, digital X-rays, lasers, and a cloud-based dental software system. Brilliant customer support and verbal skills are a must! Our team is spirited, cordial, caring, and devoted to delivering top-notch general dentistry. Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Benefits include: - Dynamic team backing - Friendly, dependable, and expert team - Mentoring and support philosophy - Collection-based pay of 30% Responsibilities: Requirements: • Ability to communicate effectively and have a team-oriented attitude • Greeting Patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable • Perform General Dentistry while educating patients on good oral hygiene habits and aftercare questions and processes and procedures • Discuss recommended treatment and create value • Work with digital patient charts and checking medical history • Being a brand ambassador for the business by building relationships • Great interpersonal skills and communication Qualifications: Requirements: • Must be licensed as a general dentist from a school accredited by the American Dental Association • At minimum- at least one year of experience as a licensed, practicing dentist • Ability to work 2 days a week – Fridays required, second day flexible • Long-term commitment to our practice • English speaking • Current CPR Certification Compensation: 30% of collections
