NEWPRO Home Solutions is looking for a Finance Coordinator to add to our growing finance team! We are looking for a finance guru to play an intricate role in lead attribution and budget allocation to support our team and customers in the New England area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Vet and net all jobs cash and finance
Ensure accurate billing on loans
Finance approve jobs, work with underwriters and communicate with reps and bank partners
Adjust paperwork and loans
Maintain databases and log transactions
Act as liaison between Sales Team and banks, field calls and assisting reps with securing loans
Process finals, request extensions, reopenings and rebookings
Interface with Production teams
Maintain confidentiality of information
Address customer complaints and communicate with management and the banks
Report as required to Finance Manager
