If you're experienced with large-scale system architecture, on-premise and cloud Linux, and relational database administration and enjoy working with opensource software, this is an opportunity to utilize all of those skills and more. Some of the skills we are looking for include:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Linux system administration

· Experience in scaling virtual server environments

· Fluency in at least two scripting languages (i.e. perl, python, etc.)

· Administration of MySQL/MariaDB or similar SQL databases

· Ability to work effectively with remote teams using collaboration tools and without face to face communication.

· Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

HELPFUL SKILLS:

· Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.

· IT Automation experience, with working knowledge of SALT or other orchestration tool.

· Microservice/containerization experience, with working knowledge of Docker.

· Windows administration.

· NoSQL database administration

· Building of monitoring/alerting/performance metrics platforms
