We are looking for a service oriented PC Technician to provide support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues. Will be responsible for responding to telephone, email and online requests for support on site and to remote users; installing, maintaining, repairing, upgrading and troubleshooting computer and server hardware, software and peripherals. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems using help desk ticketing system, monitoring services and tools. Administration of file and print servers, Active Directory Domain User and computer accounts, Office 365 Exchange, Skype for Business and SharePoint, as well as VoIP devices and users. Troubleshoots LAN connectivity in TCP/IP environment, supports audio visual equipment and other assignments as required.

Successful candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have background in areas such as:

• 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Experience installing hardware and software to desktops, notebooks and servers ensuring full functionality on network, printer and applications connections
• Experience installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting Windows 7/8.1/10 computers and Windows 2008/12/16 servers in a Windows Domain network using TCP/IP
• Relevant skills with MS Office 2013/16/19 products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Understanding of the OSI model as it relates to troubleshooting/diagnosing IT related issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, in person and over the telephone
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and motivation to succeed
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or equivalent related work experience
• MS, CompTIA or Cisco Certifications are a plus
