A high-growth, Series A funded startup, backed by top tier VCs is seeking a driven SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER to expand the product portfolio and capabilities across the platform. The startup has launched a first-of-its-kind talent management SaaS platform for large enterprises that has already served customers like Cloudera, Dropbox, Chime, Zoom and more. The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER will manage the long-term product strategy under the support and leadership of the Chief Product Officer. You will engage with users and customers to articulate the most pressing problems, build relevant hypotheses, and deliver meaningful products. You will be adept in operating in a very agile environment, demonstrate empathy for the challenges enterprises face on a daily basis, and translate those user needs into product frameworks, design and engineering language. The DNA of this Senior Product Leader will entail being yourself, being driven to grow and evolve, be genuinely passionate about problem solving, and ultimately accountable for critical customer results.
The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate or advanced degree in Computer Science, Design, Behavioral science or related field and 5+ years of experience in PRODUCT DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT / MANAGEMENT. Big pluses will include experience with B2B products, startups, ed-tech or mental health sectors and enterprise platforms.
