NexGen is a Jacksonville-based Restoration & Roofing company with Branches throughout Florida, specializing in roofing services, water mitigation, mold remediation, remodels, and SOLAR. We are seeking 4-5 individuals to add to our growing sales team in order to accommodate our rapid expansion. NexGen is uniquely positioned in the market by offering such a wide variety of services and offerings - giving our representatives ample opportunity to meet and exceed their compensation goals.

Our project managers/sales representatives are responsible for contract acquisition as well as managing inbound customer projects. The active involvement of our sales representatives in the process ensures that the customer experience is paramount to all else.

Responsibilities:

• Sales through door-to-door, marketing, B2B, and networking efforts.
• Qualify prospects and build a pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Management of projects including active communication with the property owner.
• Documentation of projects and correspondence in our current
• Represent the NexGen brand and uphold the highest industry standards for quality and service.

Qualifications:

The Sales Representative position requires someone that has the willingness to learn, a no-limits mindset, as well as strong organization, and communication skills.

• Attendance of weekly strategy meetings, training seminars, and quarterly company-wide meetings.
• Attendance and Passing of NexGen's Sales Management Training Program
• Able to use a ladder safely
• Must have a valid Driver's License and own transportation
• Must be willing to learn and show exceptional drive.

NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Compensation:

• Commission - every project acquired and managed receives compensation upon completion. Average commission per job is $1,500 - $3,000.
• Vehicle Stipend for top performers
