    DESCRIPTION

    The Nexeo Branch Manager oversees a geographic territory and is responsible for the business development and operational performance of the branch. The Branch Manager ensures (s)he has the right team members in place to achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales growth and budgetary targets while maintaining Nexeo standards for compliance and quality service. (S)he leads the branch in daily meetings and provides employees with the required coaching, resources and professional support needed to efficiently and effectively operate at a high-performance level.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 3+ years of sales experience in staffing industry or related environment
    • 2+ years training, coaching and leading a high-performing team
    • Experience opening new staffing markets a strong plus
    • Proven record of 10% consistent organic annual sales growth by self and teams under his/her management
    • Closed and managed multiple $1M+ staffing accounts in the past twelve months
    • Experienced in networking outside of work
    • Successfully managed a formal budget, including P&L
    • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations with a proven record of compliance
    • Extensive knowledge of effecting recruiting tactics
    • Used CRM software to facilitate management of sales activities and pipeline for self and team members (i.e. Salesforce, etc.)
    • Used ATS software to facilitate management of recruiting activities and order fulfillment for self and team members

    KEY ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS:

    • Strong commercial presence and professionalism in all interactions
    • Strong verbal and written communication with deep experience in developing and delivering formal sales presentations
    • Effective at motivating team members to achieve performance targets
    • Effective at developing relationships with new and existing customers in order to close, retain, and expand profitable sales
    • Effective at executing implementations, training, and operational initiatives
    • Ability to provide results-oriented solutions for branch needs
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

    EXPECTATIONS:

    • Role will report to CEO and be based out of our newly opened Atlanta office
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university
    • Minimum work schedule: 8am – 5:00pm, able to work additional hours as needed
    • Close and maintain a minimum of 5 new clients with minimum sales of $100K+ monthly in the first 6 months
    • Eligible to work in the U.S.

    COMPENSATION:

    • Annual Base Salary
    • Monthly commissions based on active workers working for assigned client accounts
    • Quarterly and annual performance bonus based on year-over-year sales and EBITDA growth
    • Car allowance
