The Recruiter position will support the recruiting process, actively filling client orders and ensuring quality candidates report to the job site. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach to identifying and recruiting appropriately skilled candidates, often on an urgent basis. They must also coordinate closely with HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure complete and accurate completion of required documentation. This individual must be a productive individual contributor, while effectively partnering with coworkers to meet team-based goals.
Responsibilities
• Process employee applications and ensure new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, ESC, client proprietary documents) is completed •Utilize applicant tracking system and run reports to identify available employees; update employee records •Complete all required and applicable pre-employment qualifications (background checks, drug tests, reference checks, certifications, etc.) •Be proactive and engaging candidate leads for pipeline positions •Utilize network and gain key relationships to source top candidates •Post openings on job boards and develop relationships with DWS, tech schools, universities, and local employment resources •Conduct/attend job fairs, university and community events, and advertise Nexeo •Create accurate and compliant job descriptions •Review submitted resumes & conduct pre-screening interviews as well as second interviews •Assist candidate in resume writing and creation •Write submittal paragraphs highlighting the candidates’ qualifications discovered in the interview process •Coordinate and schedule interviews between the client and candidate. Provide interview coaching as necessary •Extend offer to candidates and negotiate terms of employment if necessary •Support payroll process, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution •Any other additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications
•Previous work experience in Customer Service, Sales, Administrative Assistant, and/or Recruiting highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree highly preferred •Strong professional interpersonal communication skills with ability to participate in conflict resolution and intercultural interactions •Highly organized •Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment •Able to work a flexible schedule, as well as overtime when needed •Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology •Positive and upbeat attitude •Bilingual Preferred Pay
$35,000 annually
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role regularly requires more than forty hours per week. Also, occasional early morning/evening work and weekend work as needed. Questions?
