    JOB SUMMARY

    The Recruiter position will support the recruiting process, actively filling client orders and ensuring quality candidates report to the job site. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach to identifying and recruiting appropriately skilled candidates, often on an urgent basis. They must also coordinate closely with HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure complete and accurate completion of required documentation. This individual must be a productive individual contributor, while effectively partnering with coworkers to meet team-based goals.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    1. Accept employee applications and ensure all necessary legal employment paperwork is completed (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, ESC, client proprietary documents)

    2. Utilize applicant tracking system and run reports to identify available employees; update employee records

    3. Complete all required and applicable pre-employment qualifications (background checks, drug tests, reference checks, certifications, etc.)

    4. Ensure the most qualified, interested and available candidate is selected to fill the job order

    5. Be proactive and engaging candidate leads for pipeline positions

    6. Utilize network and gain key relationships to source top candidates

    7. Build candidate pool by consistently posting jobs on job boards and developing relationships with DWS, tech schools, universities, and local employment resources

    8. Identify and conduct marketing events by attending and advertising Nexeo at universities, job fairs, community events, etc.

    9. Create accurate and compliant job descriptions that attract high caliber applicants

    10. Post open positions on relevant job boards and utilize network to market the positions

    11. Review submitted resumes & conduct pre-screening phone interviews with potential qualified candidates

    12. Interview viable candidates to evaluate fit for position

    13. Assist candidate in resume writing and creation

    14. Write persuasive and comprehensive submittal paragraphs highlighting the candidates’ qualifications discovered in the interview process

    15. Coordinate and schedule interviews between the client and candidate. Provide interview coaching as necessary

    16. Extend offer to candidates and negotiate terms of employment if necessary

    17. Support payroll process, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution

    18. Any other additional responsibilities as required

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Experience interviewing and screening candidates to determine qualifications for open positions
    • Previous experience recruiting in a corporate, IT, or staffing environment is preferred
    • Previous experience in sales or service-based industry is preferred
    • SPANISH BILINGUAL HIGHLY PREFERRED!

    • Strong professional interpersonal communication skills with ability to participate in conflict resolution and intercultural interactions
    • Highly organized and ability to use time efficiently to meet required deadlines
    • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and feel comfortable juggling many tasks at once working in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to work a flexible schedule, as well as overtime when needed
    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Positive and upbeat attitude

    WORK EXPECTATIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

    • This is a full-time position located in Ogden, Utah. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm. This role regularly requires more than forty hours per week. Also, occasional early morning/evening work and weekend work as needed.
    • This job operates in a professional office environment with no specialized physical demands.
    • Travel for work purposes is expected to be minimal.

    COMPENSATION:

    • $32,000 to $36,000 + Commissions!
