    NEXGEN AIR CONDITIONING HEATING AND PLUMBING

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    SUMMARY

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Customer Service Representative who enjoys honest work & making people smile. We invest heavily in our brand to ensure we are helping people maximize their home comfort year round, so you will always be busy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Interact with customers by telephone or email in order to provide information about HVAC & Plumbing services, or schedule appointments

    • Follow up on customer problems to ensure the correct solution was carried out

    • Work in an open-plan call center setting

    • Keep customer data secure

    • Managing large volume of customer calls

    • Stay friendly and helpful

    • Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text

    • Accurately document customer interactions

    • Determine opportunities for new sales

    • Sell products to established customers through up-selling and cross-selling

    • Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines

    • Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times

    • Be professional

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2 years experience

    • Great references

    • Pass a background check

    • Open availability

    • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service

    • Customer-centric

    • Result-driven

    • Focus on quality and attention to detail

    • Good time-management skills

    • Ability to multi-task

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
