  • Responsibilities

    Account Manager will work for a leading company in the End User Compute. This position will offer an opportunity to travel to various local and national trade shows, seminars, and live events to represent the company and establish relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and generate new business opportunites through direct sales and the channel.
    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals and quotes.
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns.
    • Conduct presentations and demos to customers & prospects to show value the product brings to their environment.
    • Research and identify new potential customers by leveraging a inside sales and marketing team.
    • Educate potential mid-size and enterprise customers on the benefits of the solution
    • Record and track all engagement success through our internal CRM system.
    • Collaborate with marketing to help transition marketing qualified leads into sales accepted leads.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in Sales strategy, Inside Sales and closing new business
    • Infrastructure software selling experience to IT Operations
    • Willingness to learn new concepts and technologies
    • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and other sales tools
    • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Experience selling cloud based subscription solutions.
    • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
    • Professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
    • Work requires travel to current and potential clients.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and with some overnight travel.
