We have a remote based Support Engineer opening in software and network infrastructure . Any experience in End User Compute (EUC) or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies from Citrix, VMware or Nutanix is preferred, Looking for someone who has the ability to work closely with clients on defined technical issues with the product.

• Be a key technical resource for the team on customer and partner calls
• Utilize technical knowledge and understanding of product to assist with customers with technical issues and upgrades.
• Participate in industry events throughout the year to promote company products and strengthen relationships

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), End User Compute (EUC), Network Virtualization and Cloud infrastructure tools and technologies
• Experience with VMware Horizon View for VDI is highly desirable
• Experience as a support or systems engineer with experience in virtual desktop infrastructure
• Ability to ask questions and probe customers regarding their technical issues
