- Conduct a large volume of outbound calls to customers & prospects to uncover whether there is an opportunity to position offerings.
- Research and identify new potential customers by leveraging internal sales enablement tools.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of the solution and establish meetings with those who “want to learn more”.
- Record and track all engagement success through our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to help transition marketing qualified leads into sales accepted leads.
- Manage inbound inquiries and handle lead management.
- Represent the company at various local and national trade shows, seminars, and live events.
- Prior experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales or Lead Generation
- Understanding of network infrastructure technologies and computing hardware
- Highly motivated, tenacious self-starter
- Experience with SalesLoft, Salesforce or another sales engagement platforms
- Willingness to learn new concepts and open to coaching
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
