Looking for a remote based QA Automation team Leader who is passionate about learning and developing leading edge technologies for automating and delivering a cloud native and massively scalable platform. The QA Lead will work with R&D and QA teams in both the US and EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage a small team of test automation QA professionals
• Design and implement automated test scripts for Server API and Client side Web UI components
• Design, implement and improve performance testing, scalability testing and  CI/CD development automation
• Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Team Leader.
• At least 5 years’ experience of Quality Assurance Automation.
• Experience building new Automation infrastructure 
• Experience with Selenium framework or similar automated tool
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS and HTML
• Deep understanding of web technologies.
• Experience with distributed version control such as Git/Bitbucket.
• Agile Scrum 

Preferred Experience :

• Microservices architecture and design principles
• Scalability best practices.
• Experience with containers and tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and tools such as Jenkins.
