We have a remote based Support Engineer opening for an EUC/VDI Specialist who has worked with technologies from Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops or VMware Horizon View.  The Engineer will be a key technical resource for the team on customer and partner calls. The Suppoer Engineer will utilize technical knowledge and understanding of product to assist with customers with technical issues and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), End User Compute (EUC), Network Virtualization and Cloud infrastructure tools and technologies
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops or VMware Horizon View
• Experience as a support or systems engineer with experience in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
• Ability to ask questions and probe customers regarding their technical issues
