Nexgrill is a leading global producer of gas and charcoal grills and grill accessories. Nexgrill designs and markets and extensive line of high-quality grills under the Nexgrill and KitchenAid Brands, as well as OEM products for several global retail partners.

Located in Chino, CA, our Call Center Customer Service and Claims Representatives are proactive professionals who are committed to customer satisfaction and take pride in providing exceptional, personalized service to internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle high volume incoming telephone or email inquiries.
• Monitor, track, address and respond to all online product reviews and questions from customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Marketing and Customer Service experience strongly preferred
• Identify the customers’ needs, ask probing questions to resolve issues.
• Conduct data entry into the CRM and internal systems.
• Provide feedback on newly discovered problems and suggestions for past and current grill models.
• Handle customer service inquiries, claims, returns, orders (no sales).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-year customer service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and friendly telephone etiquette are required.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle high pressure and difficult claimants.
• Detail-oriented, organized and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Must be willing to learn and assemble grill components during training period.
• High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook).
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States. Nexgrill Industries Inc. does not sponsor H-1B or other related work visas.

Additional benefits include a 401k plan after one year of employment with a Safe Harbor Plan (non-elective) with a 3% contribution. all full-time employees also receive holiday pay and earn generous sick and vacation days.
