Our Call Center Representatives are proactive professionals who are committed to customer satisfaction and take delight in providing exceptional, personalized service to everyone they interact with.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle high volume incoming telephone or email inquiries.
- Identify the customers’ needs, ask probing questions to resolve issues.
- Help resolve any technical and/or troubleshooting issues related to grill assembly and operation.
- Conduct data entry into the CRM and internal systems.
- Provide feedback on newly discovered problems and suggestions for past and current grill models.
- Handle customer service inquiries, claims, returns, orders (no sales).
- Address and negotiate customer claims and return requests in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate claims and obtain relevant facts to determine coverage, loss and liability of company
- Assist Supervisor in analyzing, planning, decision-making and problem-solving activities to support claim settlement and reduce future exposure
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Degree required.
- 1-year customer service experience required.
- Must be able to type 35 WPM.
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly telephone etiquette are required.
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to handle high pressure and difficult claimants.
- Detail-oriented, organized and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Must be willing to learn and assemble grill components during training period.
- High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook).
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States. Nexgrill Industries Inc. does not sponsor H-1B or other related work visas.
