    Job Description

    Nexgrill has an exciting opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Merchandiser, who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Are you a born organizer?     As the eCommerce Account Specialist, you will help grow market penetration through acquiring new accounts, growing them and developing them. You will ensure sales goals are achieved through managing long-term business relationships.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Establish and manage strong business relationships with key decision-makers of assigned accounts; maintain proactive communication with the account’s management.
    • Create and present presentations on products, promotions, etc. to decision-makers.
    • Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
    • Analyze sales data to suggest and create merchandising tactics and sales opportunities
    • Act as the key information holder from creation to shipment and ensure smooth communication flow and accuracy of information.
    • Collect competitor information.
    • Creates product detail pages through a web platform.
    • Product upload assist — picking, editing, resizing photos
    • Create product collections — based on themes, current events, holidays, etc.
    • Research — actively and consistently research and monitor other retail eCommerce websites and analyze how various things can be modified to fit our brand and relate to our customers.
    • Keep up to date with digital and eCommerce trends and bring up new initiatives to move the business forward.
    • Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned by management.
    • Create and assist the marketing team with the integration of Amazon Banners.
    • Understand product forecasting, POS activities, analyze information, and communicate with customers/buyers.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3 years of progressive sales/account management experience within the consumer products and eCommerce retail fields
    • Mandarin Chinese bilingual preferred.
    • Amazon Vendor Central experience preferred.
    • Prior E-Commerce experience
    • Intermediate eCommerce Platform experience: Shopify, Bazaarvoice, Wayfair
    • Knowledge of Adobe products (Adobe, PDF, Acrobat)
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
    • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow-up on tasks without reminders
    • Web-based analytical and data experience
    • Legal work status in the U.S
