NEXGRILL INDUSTRIES
POSITION SUMMARY: The Nexgrill Recruiter will lead full cycle strategic recruiting to implement and manage effective, results-driven sourcing and recruiting that meets company objectives for all customer service, processing, design and corporate positions. The Recruiter must be prepared to work independently and as part of a team in areas of recruiting and human resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with managers for job requisition and job description to create job postings.
- Develop sourcing strategies for qualified candidates including ATS, Career Fairs and passive candidates; coordinate and conduct phone screens and interviews; process background checks; make hiring recommendations.
- Onboarding candidates for compliance and introduction to Nexgrill processes, departments and programs.
- Work with the Corporate Services team to ensure that Nexgrill conforms to government and regulatory hiring and staff management practices
- Other duties as assigned including employee engagement and retention activities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration setting
- 2 years recruiting experience in a corporate setting
- Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently.
- Excellent computer literacy and application skills in desktop computing including all commonly used office productivity tools.
- Legal work status in the U.S.
