    The position is based in our corporate offices in Chino, CA reporting to VP of Sales & Marketing and requires domestic and international travel to customers, factories and other offices when necessary.  This is a key management role leading an established team of digital platform professionals.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Establish and grow our E-Commerce Division utilizing our industry leading brands:   Nexgrill, Megamaster, and KitchenAid, as well leveraging private label platforms.
    • Work in conjunction with group leadership to establish strategies to grow brand equity, revenue and profits for our E-Commerce business on a B2B and B2C level.
    • Lead the origination and development of the digital customer experience including design and aesthetics, content origination and oversight, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, performance, functionality.
    • Work collaboratively with Marketing leadership to define tactical strategy for SEO/SEM/PPC.
    • Drive year over year growth of key ecommerce partners through the overall management of the partnership from content to operations.
    • Develop the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working with and leading the current team to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content.
    • Manages and directs all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicates relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
    • Participate in building and directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions.
    • Direct integrated campaigns to deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.
    • Provide thought leadership, innovation and process optimization.
    • Identify new ecommerce opportunity through brand strategy and product positioning.
    • Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditure; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
    • Establish an effective and collaborative working relationship with colleagues, customers and all other stake holders.
    • Stay updated on the latest market trends and information affecting the management field.
    • Measure/monitor POS as required and drive actions that are focused on improvement.
    • Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate and required.
    • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, merchandise, R&D, operations and finance functions to create efficiencies, an output driven environment and team spirit.

    WORK EXPERIENCE; KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Minimum 3 years Account Management and Marketing experience within the major E-Commerce channels, consumer hard good category preferred.
    • Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-performance teams and environments
    • Above average analytical skills.
    • Ability to articulate ideas in business-friendly language contributing to above average communication skills.
    • Marketing management experience.

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business Administration or related field).

    COMPETENCIES:

    • A highly driven, E-technician able to interpret data and create solutions to implement new ecommerce strategies.
    • Proven leader with experience both managing teams and execution of eCommerce projects.
    • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
    • Proven success developing, executing and maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies by leveraging Product Information Management (PIM) platforms, successful delivery of business value, near and mid-term growth for a brand.
    • Creative, innovative and dynamic leadership qualities necessary to take the company to even higher levels of growth and performance.
