Job Responsibilities –
- Ensure that existing and prospective customers are engaged and connected with the company’s products and services.
- Responsible for execution and roll-out of the marketing and consumer engagement campaigns developed.
- Solve consumers issues through phone, email, live-chat or social media platform efficiently and proactively.
- Create and maintain positive experience for consumers during their pre purchase and post purchase process.
- Analyze and recommend areas of improvement for products and services.
- Consolidate consumer feedback and responses and provide improvement recommendations to the marketing, sales, operations and product teams.
Qualifications for Engagement Manager -
- Experience in eCommerce marketing / branding.
- Experience in Consumer Product Goods marketing / customer service preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with consumers.
- Ability to quickly solve problems.
- Positive and upbeat attitude.
- 3 years of experience in customer service.
- BA in Business or marketing.
