    Job Description

    Job Responsibilities –

    • Ensure that existing and prospective customers are engaged and connected with the company’s products and services.
    • Responsible for execution and roll-out of the marketing and consumer engagement campaigns developed.
    • Solve consumers issues through phone, email, live-chat or social media platform efficiently and proactively.
    • Create and maintain positive experience for consumers during their pre purchase and post purchase process.
    • Analyze and recommend areas of improvement for products and services. 
    • Consolidate consumer feedback and responses and provide improvement recommendations to the marketing, sales, operations and product teams.

     

    Qualifications for Engagement Manager -

    • Experience in eCommerce marketing / branding.
    • Experience in Consumer Product Goods marketing / customer service preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with consumers.
    • Ability to quickly solve problems.
    • Positive and upbeat attitude.
    • 3 years of experience in customer service.
    • BA in Business or marketing.
