Our Call Center Representatives are proactive professionals who are committed to customer satisfaction and take delight in providing exceptional, personalized service to everyone they interact with.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle high volume incoming telephone or email inquiries.
• Identify the customer’s needs, ask probing questions to resolve issues.
• Help resolve any technical and/or troubleshooting issues related to grill assembly.
• Conduct Data entry into the CRM and internal systems.
• Provide feedback on newly discovered problems and suggestions for past and current grill models.
• Handle customer service inquiries, claims, returns, orders (no sales).

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Degree required.
• 1-year customer service experience required.
• Must be able to type 35 WPM.
• Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant telephone etiquette are required.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle high pressure and difficult claimants.
• Detail-oriented, organized and multi-tasking.
• Must be willing to learn and assemble grill components.
• High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) preferred.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States. Nexgrill Industries Inc. does not sponsor H-1B or other related work visas.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:

We offer our full-time employees employer paid health premiums for select plans. Our dental and vison plans are voluntary with low group rates. Additional benefits include a 401K plan after one year of employment with a Safe Harbor Plan (non-elective) with 3% contribution.
