Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a full time Senior .NET developer to join our team for a mostly remote role with a hybrid presence as needed in office in Springfield, IL.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Requirement gathering, designing, and developing feature enhancements to existing applications as well as feature and product documentation
• Experience with SQL databases where performance and index tuning have been necessary
• ORM (Entity Framework, nHibernate, Dapper, etc.)
• Linq
• Javascript or javascript frameworks (JQuery, etc.)
• Version control SCM tools (git, etc.)
• REST/API, such as creating APIs for public consumption and/or consuming public API's, as well as REST documentation (Swagger, etc.)

Job requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in .NET development
• Solid experience with .NET Core
• Expertise with AngularJs
• Unit testing (mstest, Moq, etc.)
• SQL stored procedures and functions
• Cloud hosting (AWS, Azure)
• Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipeline integration and automation
• Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
• WSL
