    Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Location: 13790 NW 4th Street, Suite 102, Sunrise, FL 33325. Description: Business Development & Sales Executive for Condominium & HOA Property Management Company. Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 annually + commission (based on experience). Responsibilities: The Business Development Sales Director will work directly with the CEO. The ideal candidate is a confident and strategic individual who takes the initiative in their work and thinks outside the box. Someone who is tenacious, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated to close new business. This role requires precise planning, communication, and business development skills to collaborate with industry associates to close new accounts. Tasks included but are not limited to: • Attend Next Generation meetings/sales pitches/conferences (evenings included) • Attend Condo/HOA Expos & industry-related events (evening included) • Create marketing and promotional material • Stay up to date with state legislative changes • Analyze and monitor the competition • Research prime target areas • Coordinate and execute Next Generation seminars, events & campaigns (evenings included) • Coordinate and execute sales presentations, including traveling to properties in West Palm Beach, Broward Miami- Dade Counties • Develop and implement growth opportunities and business practices within and between organizations • Evaluate internal business performance and maximize profit • Network with industry specialists • Research current market trends • Cold calling • Generate your own leads • Manage sales process through CRM- updating leads, documents, sales follow-up schedules, etc • Participate in the preparation and review of RFPs • Create and participate in social media campaigns • Assist with website content and design • Other initiatives as identified by upper management Qualifications: • Must be a Licensed Community Association Manager with at least 5-7 years of experience working as an LCAM, specifically with Condominium Associations • In-depth knowledge of Florida Statutes 718, 719 & 720 • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Business Development Sales in the community association industry • Knowledge of Sales Force or other CRM-related experience • Must have an established network of personal and professional contacts in the industry • Proven track record of closing new accounts • Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal • Capable of working extended hours to include evenings and weekends, when needed • Must be able to work on projects & leads simultaneously, while meeting deadlines • Must be able to interact and effectively work with all types of individuals and personalities • Strong negotiation skills and tactics • Must possess exemplary customer service • Meet the sales quota on a consistent basis • Strict time management and scheduling • Meticulous organization skills • Tech savvy with industry software & Microsoft Office Platform • Social Media Management- able to create and post professional content via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc Disclaimer: This job post is not an all-inclusive, full job description for this position and is subject to change at any time.
