    We are looking for a Partner Success Associate who will help us manage day to day relationships between Next and our strategic mid-market partners. An example of a Next partner is QuickBooks, the leading bookkeeping platform for small businesses. QuickBooks has integrated with Next to provide an easy business insurance onboarding experience directly from a customer's QuickBooks online account.

     

     

    As a member of the Partner Success team, you will lead launches, manage and scale key partnerships, and work cross functionally with Marketing and Product to make our partnerships successful. We're looking for a self-driven individual who is passionate about building relationships with new partners.

     

    This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of the Partner Success team! If you are excited about joining a small and scrappy sales team to build a major new revenue stream for a fast growing technology company, this role is for you!

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

     

    • Work with the Account Executive team to execute successful partner launches
    • Identify and communicate common pain points and missing functionalities for the partners you're working with
    • Prepare business decks for regular business reviews with partners
    • Dive deep into partner performance data; identifying performance trends and providing recommendations for better partner performance
    • Collaborate with marketing team for custom content requirements and creative development
    • Run implementation process with partners and Next's product team

     

    WHAT WE NEED:

     

    • 1-3 years of professional experience (including internship experience)
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Self-starter; demonstrated ability to lead a decision or idea from inception through implementation
    • Growth mindset; you love to learn and think ahead
    • Analytical, data-driven thinker
    • Proven ability to work cross functionally 
    • BA/BS degree

     

     

    UNSTOPPABLE QUALITIES: 

    • Previous B2B account management experience
    • Exposure to working in a startup environment
    • Familiar with viewing Tableau dashboards
