    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Takes on the role of Customer advocate in all areas pertaining to our Product, Orders, and supply chain while managing the daily account transactions and reports. This person will be the champion of customer needs while adhering to Company Mission, goals and policies. Able to build a rapport with assigned accounts and provide World-class customer service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manages Midlevel orders and strategic accounts to ensure forecast, projections and opportunities are met.

    • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email.

    • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.

    • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language, timely and accurate responses.

    • Process and manage Orders from receiving order to shipping.

    • Communicate with customer regarding order status, products, ETA, returns, RMA’s and anything related to orders and product.

    • Proactively managing Out of stock items and programs for accounts with internal teams.

    • Meets performance metrics.

    WHAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THIS POSITION?

    • 3-5 years of previous customer service experience. Apparel industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

    • Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs as well as ERP preferred.

    • Knowledge of EDI including setup, and troubleshooting preferred.

    • Familiar with KPI and other performance Metrics

    • Strong command of written and verbal English.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Meets internal and customer deadlines for orders and responses.

    • Able to work with other departments accounting, shipping, and planning in order to fulfill orders and provide great customer service.

    • Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.

    • Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
