Responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise and execute the maintenance of the site by supporting the activities 24/7, while respecting the standards;
  
• Promote and ensure a safe work environment and ensure that employees have the required training;
• Coordinate and supervise employees of various trades (mechanical, electrical, etc.);
• Coordinate and organize priorities effectively;
• Monitor expenses and prepare and control established budgets;
• Work with the various operational sectors while maintaining the desired quality and ensuring operational stability.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary studies in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technologist or Red Seal Trade (Millwright).
  
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered.
• Bilingualism is an asset (French and English).
• Sense of responsibility.
• Able to organize and determine priorities.
• Autonomy and your orientation in teamwork.
• Flexibility and availability according to operational needs.
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and a good ability to work under pressure.
