We're looking for a bright and talented networker who will build referral sources by developing relationships in the community. This role will spend time developing and nurturing relationships with doctors, coaches, schools, businesses, organizations, and go to community events. We are looking for someone who is comfortable, genuine, and likable... someone you would want to have a coffee with. You must have experience with networking and must also be into health and fitness. Responsibilities: • Develop relationships within the community to create referral sources • Reach out to coaches, athletic directors, doctors, medical professionals, gyms and nurture relationships • Set up at community events. This is important to connect with people and businesses locally • Talk with potential clients who are looking to come to Next Level PT Qualifications: • Must have experience in networking • Interest in health and fitness • Impeccable time management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Comfortable being held accountable • Experience using technology and computers Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
