Someone who will lead and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring clients have a positive experience, that the appointment schedule is full, and that everything is neatly organized and up-to-date. Responsibilities: • Support our client specialists and billing team • Provide an exceptional waiting room experience for our clients • Ensure that all payment is collected and all necessary documentation is stored • Help with billing administration tasks • Communicate the value of our services (in person and on the phone) to ensure clients are committed to showing up to their appointment • Successfully handle objections and resistances • Ensure that people who call requesting appointments are placed on the schedule • Communicate with patients before, during, and after appointments to ensure satisfaction is being achieved • Keep the schedule full to maximize efficiency and revenue for the clinic Qualifications: • Administrative and Customer Service/Sales experience • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Comfortable being held accountable • Experience using technology and computers Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000
