Next Logical Step Solutions (NLS) provides third-party project controls & project intelligence globally as a turnkey service through staffing, data integrations and deployed technology. Supporting our clients in planning, monitoring, and controlling the complex aspects of remote projects in order to meet project objectives with a minimum on-site footprint.

NLS has an immediate need to fill numerous Project Controls Professional positions to support a variety of ongoing nuclear weapons programs at the Los Alamos National Laboratory and other national labs around the country. There are multiple positions being filled with schedules and locations that vary based on the project assigned.

Candidates will need hands-on experience in using schedule, cost, risk and EVMS reporting tools such as Acumen Fuse, Primavera and Cobra and pass a technical screening interview, background, education and reference check.

All candidates:

• Must have US Citizenship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
• Must be able to possess an active DOE Q clearance (or DoD TS/SCI)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Expert user in Excel
• Experience creating and maintaining databases
• Experience with Cobra
• Experience with Primavera P6
• BS or BA degree in engineering, science, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferable; experience substituted for degree
• Experience in DOE and NNSA programs a plus
• Knowledge on DOE Orders and Guides related to Project Management and EVMS a plus
• Knowledge of the NNSA 6.X Weapons Lifecycle a plus

Compensation will vary based on position, experience, and credentials.
