Next Strides General Contractors is currently seeking self-motivated candidates interested in joining our roofing team! We specialize in commercial and residential roof replacements as well as storm damage restoration to gutters, siding, interior, and more. We are adding Project Managers to help manage our 2023 growth! We offer competitive commission-based compensation along with benefits as our top performers earn over six figures. In addition, new project managers will receive not only classroom training but also hands-on in-field training to ensure success. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

· Outside direct sales – Setting own inspections (Door to Door)

· Perform roof and property inspections

· Project management on multiple project levels

· Professional

· Direct customer communication throughout the insurance claim & roofing process

· Payment collection

Job is 1099, solely commissioned based with top performers making $75k-$120k. Benefits will be offered after 90 days of 1st job completion
