Job Description

Software Engineering position that will be responsible for the continuing support of our automation platform applications, web development and user experience, innovation of existing technologies, and the enhancement of all software components. This role will report to the head of Software Engineering, working collaboratively with the product, technology and DevOps teams to improve upon and innovate the platform.

Duties:

• Design and implement software solutions using applicable tools and modern application design paradigms.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system performance and stability.
• Identify requirements and provide simplified explanations to solutions.
• Contribute to short and long-term goal setting.
• Develop action plans and aide in accountability.
• Collaborate regularly with various teams Product Design, DevOps, and Project Management.
• Create robust test cases and work with Product Design to understand the capacity of new system integrations.
• Maintain objectivity at all times to ensure processes and products are relevant.
• Make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

Skills:

• Experience with C# (DotNet) and ColdFusion programming languages.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience working in Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Azure DevOps/VSTS experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and presentation skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
