    Job Description

    Product Growth Operations Specialist 6 Months+ W2 Contract San Francisco, CA  The Growth Product Management team drives multi-channel strategies that have a significant impact on how Adobe's users get started and engage with their Creative Cloud subscriptions.  

    The Product Growth Operations Specialist plays a key role in documenting, tracking, setting, and monitoring these campaigns. The ideal candidate is adaptable, learns new tools and technology rapidly, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This person also exhibits the characteristics of approachability and openness in resolving issues and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Candidates should also be able to demonstrate technical abilities through past internships, analytic projects, web development, or other scripting or coding projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You are a customer advocate and are passionate about building better customer experience.
    • Manage the Growth roadmap and schedule to ensure team alignment and smooth execution.
    • Assess campaign setup and performance, ensuring there are no data issues impacting results.
    • Manage documentation process to ensure all testing details are accurate and documented.
    • Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
    • You are a solution-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter.
    • Actively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s goals.
    • Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • 2+ years of hands-on technical marketing experience
    • Knowledge of SQL fundamentals or other database technologies
    • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Fluent with data analysis, A/B Testing, and statistics
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
    • Self-motivated with the ability to troubleshoot issues and research solutions
    • Experience working on multi-channel campaigns and subscription products a plus
    • Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
