    We’re searching for a diligent Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing all transaction coordination in a timely manner, communicating effectively with team members, agents, and clients as needed, as well as additional administrative tasks including but not limited to some reporting and social media assistance. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have experience with the databases and programs we use listed below. If this sounds like you, we would love for you to apply today! • Open to Close experience REQUIRED, 1+ year of Transaction Coordination experience • Follow Up Boss, or 1+ year of CRM experience • Dotloop • Slack • Asana • Canva • Google Drive The position is full-time (40hr), M-F 8:30-5:00 PM. Hours and shift times are flexible. Responsibilities: • Handle all Transaction Coordination using Open to Close • Create social media content as needed • Compile reports as requested Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Compensation: $5 hourly
