Responsibilities: • Primary duties include: Client and lead follow-up and sales pipeline and CRM management. • Consult with clients to develop rapport and to discover their property needs; then find and show properties that meet those needs. • Call, convert, prospect our leads as well as cultivate your own sphere of influence to generate additional leads each month. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals. • Conduct remote and in-person showings and perform market analyses. • Draft and negotiate offers to purchase (training, mentorship, and review provided). • Assist buyers with their home search and purchase process - including budgeting, preparation, and exploring options with a mortgage lender, identifying a home, and offering on a home. • Assist sellers in the home listing and selling process. Team agents receive FULL listing support - including all listing expenses paid by the team. • Serve as the client’s advocate and adviser throughout the transaction. • Nurture leads that are preparing to purchase. • Maintain contacts with and continue to provide value to your sphere and past clients to build a solid referral business. • Mentorship, training, and guidance is offered and encouraged with all Real Estate Agent duties. Qualifications: • MUST BE A LICENSED CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT TO APPLY • Possess a valid CA driver’s license and the able to travel to properties and to meet clients. • Must be a people-person who enjoys getting to know new people and who isn't afraid to start conversations. • Have grit, motivation, determination, and be team player. • Possess a strong work ethic, time management skills, and commitment to your own success. • Have excellent communication skills, with a customer service mindset. • Be tech-savvy and social media-savvy. • Must value tech tools. Be willing to master them to enrich your business and offerings to clients. • Have a computer and a smartphone. • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude. • Possess a willingness to learn and master our system and procedures (be trainable!) • Must be able to attend daily morning meetings via zoom Monday-Friday. • Bilingual is a plus but not required.
